Yang Zhao: Sure! My path began with my coach, Liang Shuo. I first met him at the gym when he was already an established figure in the world of bodybuilding. His arms were thick as tree trunks, almost too large to comprehend. When I saw them for the first time, I felt like I'd been transported strght out of a fitness magazine.

Interviewer: That sounds quite intimidating! How did this experience affect your determination?

Yang Zhao: It was indeed intimidating. In fact, when I compared myself with him at that point in my career, it was as if I had never lifted weights before. The contrast between our abilities was stark. But instead of being discouraged, seeing his dedication and achievements made me more determined to improve.

Interviewer: Could you describe your trning routine?

Yang Zhao: My dly regimen is intense and involves a combination of weightlifting and cardiovascular exercises. Each day starts with lifting heavy weights for my primary muscle groups, followed by specific workouts targeting the rest of my body. I also make sure to mntn a balanced diet rich in proteins to support my growth.

Interviewer: Any advice for someone just starting out in fitness?

Yang Zhao: My best advice would be to start small and progress gradually. Building muscles takes time and consistency. It's crucial not to rush into heavy weights too early, as this could lead to injuries. Additionally, always prioritize proper form over lifting more weight. Safety and growth should go hand in hand.

Interviewer: Thank you for sharing your insights, Yang Zhao. Your dedication has been nothing short of inspiring!

Yang Zhao: I'm grateful for the opportunity to share my journey. I believe that consistency, passion, and guidance are what make all the difference in fitness and bodybuilding. It's not just about lifting weights; it’s about transforming oneself from within.
