Explore and access our meticulously curated content tlored for all ages, focusing on health goals like body composition analysis, movement enhancement, dietary improvement, rest rejuvenation, and more. Our workshops are designed to provide personalized insights beyond simple weight scales measurements.

Customized Workshops for Corporates

Our corporate offerings include:

  1. Fitness and Health Assessment FHA

    • Duration: 60 minutes

    Dive deep into understanding your body composition, fitness levels, and health performance. Engage in small group discussions with our Active Health Coaches to customize a path towards your fitness goals.

  2. Stronger at 40

    • Number of sessions: 6 once per week

    • Duration: 60 minutes each session

    med at individuals aged between 40 and 59 years old, this program tackles age-related challenges like muscle loss through strength trning and enhancing dly activities. It fosters confidence in strength trning with hands-on practical exercises.

  3. Move to Age Better Exercise for Seniors

    • Duration: 45 minutes

    Learn key exercises focused on improving strength, balance, cardio, mobility, and flexibility tlored for senior citizens looking to age well through functional fitness.

  4. Active Health Discovery Walks in the Park

    • Join monthly walks led by our Active Health Coaches to integrate outdoor exercises that promote personal health improvement using environmental cues.
  5. Combat Age-Related Loss of Muscle CALM Programs

    • Offered in CALM 1.0 and 2.0 versions, these programs address challenges associated with aging such as difficulty climbing strs or sitting up without assistance.
  6. Manage Obesity through Exercise

    • med at individuals with a Body Mass Index BMI range of 27.5 to 37.4 kgm2 and wst circumferences exceeding recommed norms for men and women respectively.
  7. Diabetes Management through Exercise Programs

    • For stable Type 2 Diabetes patients without recent hypoglycemic episodes.
  8. Exercise Programs for Osteoarthritis Patients

    • Suitable for individuals diagnosed with mild to moderate knee or hip osteoarthritis, as well as those capable of climbing one flight of strs and sitting-to-standing tasks without pn and support.
  9. Hypertension Management through Exercise

    • For patients with stable hypertension, blood pressure readings below 160100 at rest.
